Provide a job finding service which generates quality and sustainable employment opportunities for all service leavers and ex-forces individuals. They source opportunities for all ranks, trades and backgrounds, including early service leavers, the wounded, reservists and dependants.

Help members adjust to civilian life and foster a positive community environment and remove feelings of isolation. Also support training for veterans that leads to employment opportunities.

Comprises of seven well established charities, which provide a wide range of employment related services and support for the Forces community (including spouses/partners and dependents) to find and stay in work. SORTED! will ensure you get the right information, advice and guidance to support your employment journey by linking you directly with a member of the SORTED! team who can talk through your options and direct you to services that are being provided either by the SORTED! team or through their partners and providers.

Meeting the range of educational and social needs of York’s Traveller and diverse minority ethnic communities.

York CVS enable voluntary organisations to do what they do better through advice and training, connecting people who want to volunteer with organisations who need volunteers.

Advice, information and guidance on careers, employment and training opportunities for young people aged 13-19.
